Export account records and prepare a useful support request
The account export and Support serve different purposes. An export gives you a structured copy of account records. A support request gives the team the context needed to investigate a specific issue. Neither requires you to publish private conversations or media.

Source review covered account-export preparation, download validation, seven-day availability, completion records and the private support controls. No personal account export was downloaded for this review.
Prepare and download your account export
Sign in to the account you want to review and open Account & persona. Use the export preparation control, then follow the progress shown there. Preparing an export is a background task; a queued or running state means the file is still being assembled. Download it when the account page reports that it is ready.
A prepared export is available for seven days from when it becomes ready. If it expires, return to Account & persona and prepare a new export. The download control checks availability before starting the download, but a “Download started” message alone does not prove that your browser finished saving the file.
If the status cannot be loaded, use the retry control to check the existing export. The page also provides controls to cancel preparation or delete a prepared export. Deleting that prepared file does not delete the underlying account. Store a downloaded copy somewhere private because it can contain personal account and conversation information.
Understand the file and its limits
The export uses NDJSON: each line is a JSON record. It contains account records, relationship state and continuity notes, Creator and follow metadata, gift records, support tickets and messages, attachment metadata, and safe media metadata where those records exist for your account. An account with no records in a category does not gain invented entries.
Attachment metadata is a list of records, not a bundle of attached files. Image, video and audio binaries are not embedded in the export, and private media-access credentials are excluded. The export is therefore not a complete offline media backup. If you need help interpreting a record, describe its category and the issue through private Support.
To check a saved download, open it locally with a text editor that can handle its size. The first record has type “manifest” and describes the format, request time and included sections; the last record has type “complete” and includes the completion time and record count. If the final record is missing or the browser reports an interrupted download, retry from Account while the export is still available. Keep the file private rather than uploading it to a public JSON checker.
The export is assembled in pages, not as a frozen snapshot of every record at one instant. Its manifest explains that items deleted while it is being built may be absent. Check the manifest and relevant record category before treating a missing item as a download failure.
Give Support enough context to find the issue
Use the private Support page to create and follow a ticket. Include the affected tool or account control, the approximate time and timezone, what you expected, what happened, and the exact visible error. Add the relevant job or order reference if available. Clear context is more useful than opening several tickets for the same event.
If a screenshot is necessary, crop it to the relevant error and remove unrelated personal information. Never include passwords, wallet recovery phrases, signing secrets or private media-access tokens. A content-removal or privacy request can also be sent to support@pornworksai.com without creating a new account; identify the relevant service reference or page so the request can be located.
Review separate controls before deleting an account
Relationship memory has its own review and reset controls. Turning memory off stops its use but does not itself delete the stored notes. Resetting it clears the relationship and memory state and keeps a private deletion marker so older chats cannot silently teach the forgotten information back.
Permanent account deletion is a separate action and can be paused while a creation is running, a payment or subscription is non-terminal, or a payout is processing. Some billing, security and audit records may be retained for the reasons described in the Privacy Policy. Export any account records you need before requesting deletion, and read the current policy for retention details.
Troubleshooting checklist
Scroll the table sideways to read every column.
| What you see | Check first | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| The account export is queued or running. | The file is still being prepared. Check the progress on Account & persona. | Wait for the ready state before downloading. Use Cancel export only if you no longer want that export. |
| The export status cannot be loaded. | Confirm you are signed in to the intended account and check your connection. | Use the export status retry control to check the existing request. If the problem persists, send private Support the time and visible error. |
| A prepared export cannot be downloaded. | The download checks that the export is still ready, within its seven-day availability window, and that your account session is valid. | Sign in again if requested, then recheck the current export status. Prepare a new export if the previous one expired; do not share the private download link publicly. |
| The browser saved a file, but the download may be incomplete. | Check the browser download status and the final NDJSON record. A finished export ends with a record whose type is “complete”. | Retry the download while the prepared export is available. If it still stops early, tell private Support the time and visible error without attaching the full export. |
| The export lists attachments but contains no image, video or audio files. | The NDJSON file contains account records and attachment metadata. It is not an offline media backup. | Review the records as text, or ask private Support about the relevant record category. Repeating the export will not add media binaries. |
