You must be at least 18. Every depicted or roleplayed person must also be an adult. Age-ambiguous sexual content, age regression, and any content involving minors are prohibited.
Characters are fictional AI experiences, not real people or professional advisers. Outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected; review every result before relying on or sharing it.
Relationship stages and continuity notes are product state and AI-assisted inferences, not verified facts. Memory is off by default. You can review, correct, disable, or reset it; character Creators cannot see your private memory. A saved boundary can restrict later roleplay, but past participation or consent never grants current or future consent. Deleting any saved chat currently resets the full relationship and memory for that character.
You keep your rights in eligible source content. You grant PornWorks AI the limited permission needed to process it and return the requested result. You must have rights to every upload and permission for any identifiable adult likeness.
Do not create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual coercion, sexual scenarios involving an incapacitated or otherwise unable-to-consent person, sexual or romantic family/incest scenarios, deceptive impersonation, harassment, exploitation, unlawful material, malware, fraud, or attempts to bypass safety, billing, rate limits, or account controls.
Private characters remain account-scoped. Choosing public visibility submits a character for review; submission does not guarantee approval or permanent publication. Private conversations and system prompts are not part of a public character listing.
A Creator profile and its public attribution appear only after review. Creator display names, biographies, and attributed characters must follow these terms and may be rejected, suspended, hidden, or removed. A Creator handle is unique, permanent, non-transferable, and cannot impersonate another person or brand. Once reserved, it cannot be changed or reused, including after account deletion. Following a Creator does not create ownership, endorsement, employment, or a payment obligation.
A signed-in adult may send one of the displayed PornWorks AI credit amounts to an approved Creator profile. The transfer is immediate, uses the sender’s existing internal balance, and adds the same amount to the Creator’s spendable PornWorks AI balance. Support credits are not money, stored value, wages, a donation receipt, or a promise of revenue. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, sold, transferred outside this feature, or paid out. PornWorks AI does not currently offer Creator cash earnings or Creator cash withdrawals.
Daily check-ins and qualifying invite-visit milestones may add non-cash Neurons through the account ledger, subject to the displayed rules, anti-abuse controls, and one-time or daily limits. Eligible annual-plan purchases by a referred member may create a cash commission at the rate displayed in Invite rewards. Commissions remain pending through the stated review window and become available only after server verification. Before payout, verified partial refunds recalculate eligible pending or available commissions based on the net purchase amount; a verified full refund reverses the unpaid commission. A commission already paid is not automatically rewritten by this calculation. A payout request is offered only while the payout switch is enabled, only from the displayed available balance, and remains subject to owner review. Submitting or approving a request does not itself transfer funds; it is marked paid only after an external transfer is independently verified. You are responsible for accurate payout details and any taxes or legal obligations that apply to you. Fraud, automation, self-referral, manipulation, or abuse may invalidate visits, rewards, commissions, or payout requests.
A signed-in adult may choose a displayed virtual gift inside a saved chat and must review its exact credit price before confirming. Confirmation immediately deducts those internal credits and delivers the gift in the story. A community character’s approved Creator receives the same internal-credit amount; a gift to an official PornWorks AI character is an in-app experience purchase and the credits are consumed. Virtual gifts have no cash value, are not donations, and cannot be withdrawn, resold, or transferred outside PornWorks AI. Because delivery and settlement are immediate, a confirmed gift cannot be cancelled or refunded; if the character reply is interrupted, the gift remains delivered and only the reply is retried without a second charge.
Neuron quotes are shown before billable creation requests. One Neuron represents $0.001 in displayed PornWorks AI value. Annual-plan prices are fixed by the server in USD; the exact payable asset amount and network are shown before transfer. A return page is never proof of payment. Access and the first monthly Neuron grant begin only after server-side final confirmation and matching order, amount, and currency checks. Current annual purchases do not auto-renew.
For changes to paid access or a refund request, contact private Support with your order reference. Self-service termination of paid access and automatic cash refunds are not available. Requests require human review; submitting a request does not itself end access or return money. Blockchain payments are generally irreversible. Partial, mismatched, late, duplicate, or disputed payments require manual review, and any eligible cash refund must be arranged by the site owner rather than inferred from a browser redirect. An unknown refund signal temporarily pauses access while it is reviewed. A verified partial cash adjustment normally restores otherwise eligible annual access and does not reverse Neurons. A verified full refund ends that membership and may recover up to the credits issued for it from the available balance, without creating a negative balance. Ending access does not automatically create a refund.
Signed-in users can open a private, trackable support request for payments, creations, accounts, safety, or privacy. Include the PornWorks AI order reference when a payment is involved, but never send passwords, API keys, wallet recovery phrases, or private media. A support request records the issue and response; it does not itself prove payment or guarantee a refund.
Features can be limited, suspended, or removed to protect users, providers, or the service. Accounts or content that violate these rules may lose access. No service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free AI output.
